Gaiety Theatre is one of the oldest theatres in the world, located on the Mall road in Shimla. This theatre was inaugrated on the May 30th, 1887. Known famous film personalities like Jennifer Kendall, Manohar Singh, Nasseerudin Shah, Raj Babbar, K.L. Saigal, Prithvi Raj Kapoor, Shashi Kapoor, Anupam Kher, frequently performed on the stage of Gaiety theatre.
